Washington Building

The building consists of a renovation with partial demolition and reconstruction of the old factory Veglia Borletti. The objective of the development is to keep its original characteristics, symbol of the past industrial era of Milan, joining it with a more modern style. One can notice the historical part, with bricks and wide industrial type windows and the modern part in Galicia Stone also with wide windows.

The building has different size apartments, a spa, an indoor swimming pool and a multipurpose room for owners use only. The development has helped to enhance and revitalize the area.
