The project consists of two buildings separated by an internal courtyard with a garden parallel to via Rovello. The building is built in continuity with the adjacent buildings as a five-story complex on via Rovello. Access from the street is through a large atrium leading to the first two stairways. Continuing through a private courtyard with a garden, one enters the seven-story internal building which has another two stairways and a double lift. The project will be unique in its kind thanks to its central location. The lot borders with historic buildings built between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
