Richard

Tower B of the Richard complex in now in decay and partially abandoned. The hypothesis of the project is to continue with the line of the recently developed Tower C, intervening on the façade and adding two floors in addition to the existing ones. There will be public areas both on the ground floor and first floor for use of the residents of the tower. The concept includes three fundamental points: alignment of the project tower with the recently redeveloped tower, recovery of the cladding material of the tower and alignment of the base of the tower.
