The residential project rises in a dynamic neighbourhood that is in development and in transformation. The area is near Bocconi University, close to green parks, such as Ravizza Park. The nearabout area is characterized by symbolic architecture, such as Fondazione Prada and Symbiosis.

The project involves a redevelopment and enhancement of the area. The architecture is simple and linear. A fundamental part of the project is the green area, specially designed by a landscape architect, which creates a sequence of hanging gardens.
