Balduccio da Pisa

The new project will be a redevelopment and enhancement operation aimed at providing services integrated with the existing surrounding situation. The residential towers will be built with extreme simplicity; rectangular floors with balconies on all sides to offer external spaces for all the residential units. The buildings have three floors for residential use with smaller apartments with balconies. The ground floor of the building will provide food and art areas for the district.
